Most of the workers think that the Ministry would never work without Ella Emerson. But Ella thinks it is all the other way around, the Ministry would never work without its workers. They were the workers after all.
And another thing, the Ministry itself needs more workers.
If the people in the Ministry wished to work in the Ministry, then why would they want the slightest thing to do with teaching?And Ella sometimes wondered, was all this Lex's idea? Or did Hogwarts actually agree on it? Ella suddenly felt the pressure of being the head of the Ministry of Magic.
And then Ella said something that was reasonable enough, but knew that was not what Lex wanted, "If the workers agree, then I agree."

Lex could see..or rather...feel Ella's brain working. And so, Lexandrianna let the Undersecretary think. Finally, the woman had given an answer, and which in return, Lexandrianna let out a smile.

"I don't think you have quite understand my request." Lex replied to the secretary. "Anyone in the Ministry who wishes to teach a forty-five minute lesson may do so in a reasonable payment, in a liesure time." Lexandrianna said with extreme emphasis on the last four words. "I am not asking for them to work in Hogwarts and abandon their post in the Ministry." The Hogwarts Deputy Headmistress added on. She was uncertain what exactly Ella is thinking, but that was what it sounded like to Lex.

"I understand it is on a leisure time, but how can that work. What if one study never fills up? What if nobody is there to teach a ceirtan class." Ella continued more quietly now, "I just mean that it is going to be messed up: Ministry workers going in and out of Hogwarts, some don't know how to control kids, and it's not like you have a whole schedule in front of you of who is teaching what. The students would get confused too, some will get a different teacher every time!." Ella now relaxed, hopefully this ended this exhausting conversation, "Unless you want your school like that, Miss Foxx?"

Lexandrianna let out a sigh, she is getting slight impatient. What exactly can she say so that the Unsecretary will understand. "Whatever you may think, Miss Emerson. But I advise you to put up the announcement and notice up on every Department's notice board, just in case any of them wants to do it."

"Oh Good." And that was generally all Lex wanted. "Do not worry, there will be people interest in teaching." Lexandrianna is an experience teacher and citizen of the Wizarding world, she knows this stuff.

"Well then we have that settled," Lex started to say. "I think it's time for me to be going now. I have a lot to do today."
